What is ~/Library/Logs/CoreSimulator? Is it safe to delete?
Quick answer
~/Library/Logs/CoreSimulator holds logs for each simulator, in folders named by the simulator's UDID. It was 38 MB on our Mac. Safe to delete; logs for simulators you deleted long ago are just leftovers.
Match a folder to a simulator
xcrun simctl list devices | grep <UDID>
No match means the simulator no longer exists and its logs are leftovers.
Can I delete it?
rm -rf ~/Library/Logs/CoreSimulator/*
Keep a folder if you're in the middle of debugging a simulator crash.
Questions
Do simulators need these logs?
No. They are written for debugging and are recreated as simulators run.
